This is my absolute go to lamb rub for leg, shoulder, ribs, chops, rump, back strap, shanks, you name it, as long as it’s lamb. I designed this rub to go with one of my favourite cuts - lamb ribs cooked over flames on the BBQ.
Of course, if you want, you can put it on chicken, pork, beef, fish, haloumi or mushrooms on the BBQ... get the point? It’s a versatile and delicious rub. But lamb and this rub, are the perfect match!
Ingredients: Celery Salt, Salt, Sweet Paprika, Cumin Seeds, Garlic Powder, Herbs and spices, Black Pepper.
60g will cover 4 racks of lamb ribs approx 1.5 kilos
