Chili Level - Moderate
This is one of my favourite rubs which I designed specifically for one of my favourite cuts of beef – brisket! Brisket comes from the breast or lower chest of the animal. It’s absolutely delicious when cooked right, but tough as old boots when cooked wrong.
You can use my rub on any cut of beef you want as it will work wonderfully! In fact, you can use it on any cut of meat, cheese or vegetable you’re going to chuck in the oven, frying pan or on the BBQ. You can also use it in a marinade or a sauce. It’s up to you and your imagination, but for me, it’s brisket all the way. Enjoy!
Ingredients: Salt, Brown Sugar, Garlic Powder, Smoked Paprika, Onion Powder, Black Pepper, Herbs and Spices
